Yesterday evening of the 12th of August at 10 pm there was the appearance of Our Lady with Ivan on the Blue Cross in Medjugorje. Already more than half a day ahead of us, the messages of Our Lord continue to come through his Most Holy Mother by the power of the Holy Spirit into this peaceful place nestled between the mountains. United in prayer: this is the message that transpired from the town of peace and from the Gospel.
“After the meeting with the Madonna, I would like to approach and describe to you this evening’s meeting. Also today Our Lady came to us and she was very joyful and happy, and greeted us all with her maternal greeting: “Praised be Jesus, my dear children!”
“Then, for an extended period of time, She prayed here about all of us with her hands extended. She blessed us all with her motherly blessing and blessed everything you brought for her to be blessed.
“Then Our Lady briefly addressed each of us with these words: “Dear children, in this time of mercy, in a special way, I wish to call you to prayer – perseverance in prayer. So many times I have said that my Son allowed me to stay here together with you because I wish to teach you and to raise you – to educate you – because I wish to lead you to my Son. I particularly wish to invite you to decide for God. Put Jesus, in your life and in your families, in the first place, pray in front of him so that you can receive his graces. Leave the transience of this world, materialism, all that takes you away from my Son.”
“Make up your mind, live my messages! I wish to continue to guide you, guide you to my Son, so that in him you will find true and authentic peace, and love. Thank you, dear children, for having responded to my call today.“
“Then the Madonna continued for a period of time to pray over all of us. Then I recommended all of you, your needs, your intentions, your families.
“Then the Madonna went away in prayer, in the sign of light and of the cross, with the greeting: “Go in peace, my dear children!”
Our Lady’s Messages from Medjugorje continue to consistently remind us of our true calling in this life, to give our hearts to her Son most fully and to reject the pursuit of materialism putting the needs of our families and loved ones first.
“My children; Again, in a motherly way, I implore you to stop for a moment and to reflect on yourselves and on the transience of this your earthly life. Then reflect on eternity and the eternal beatitude. What do you want? Which way do you want to set out on? The Father’s love sends me to be a mediatrix for you, to show you with motherly love the way which leads to the purity of soul; a soul unburdened by sin; a soul that will come to know eternity. I am praying that the light of the love of my Son may illuminate you, so that you may triumph over weaknesses and come out of misery. You are my children and I desire for all of you to be on the way of salvation. Therefore, my children, gather around me that I may have you come to know the love of my Son and thus open the door of eternal beatitude. Pray as I do for your shepherds. Again, I caution you: do not judge them, because my Son chose them. Thank you.” (July 02, 2012)
Echoing the call of Jesus, the Blessed Mother continues to point us to Prayer as the pathway to peace. A peace she always extends to us from her Son who is always with her when she appears at Medjugorje.
