In fact, wormwood benefits are so broad that wormwood earned the old German adage, roughly: “wormwood makes everything good”. Saint Hildegard Von Bingen also thought very highly of wormwood. She relied on wormwood benefits to treat both internal and external ailments. She called wormwood the “most important master for exhaustion”.

INGREDIENTS:
Wormwood, thyme, rosemary, lavender, clove essential oil blend, apple cider vinegar, witch hazel and distilled water. (See product label in pics)
- Aromatherapy: The earthy, herbaceous scent is often used in mists to reduce mental fog, relieve stress, and encourage relaxation.
- Natural Insect Repellent: The active compounds in the plant naturally repel mosquitoes and other bugs.
- Body Care: Some utilize it as an all-natural herbal deodorant.
- Pregnancy & Nursing: Should absolutely be avoided if pregnant, breastfeeding, or suffering from epilepsy.
- Pet Toxicity: Wormwood can be highly toxic to pets (especially cats, dogs, and birds). Do not spray in areas where your animals roam.
- Storage: To maintain freshness and prevent spoilage, hydrosols should typically be stored in a cool, dark place or kept in the refrigerator.
Wormwood is naturally antimicrobial and anti-fungal, so you can use wormwood as a spring-cleaning preparation to ward off potential illness.
