“When pride comes, then comes disgrace; but with the humble is wisdom.” – Proverbs 11:2
No matter the depravity of the body, the soul that finds its way to the pathway of humility restores unto itself the divinity from which it came.
Redemption is for the humble soul.
Only when we empty ourselves of all self – ego, wanton desires of the flesh and vain imaginations, are we capable of seeing ourselves as we truly are – Divinely made. Born from God. True God from True God. He was begotten that we could be made.
God partakes in our humanity that we might partake in His divinity.
The path to humility is wrought with strife from the moment of our conception, through temptations in the desert, unto a cross of our own which we all must carry. But if you will accept as your Guide – Wisdom, then she will lead you through the valleys and the pits. And, she will bring you home to the Divine Bosom.
“With you is Wisdom, who knows your works and was present when you made the world…” – Wisdom of Solomon 9:9
Wisdom alone can lead you. But she is not easy to keep (Sirach 6:18-31). You must be diligent in pursuing her for she is not made to pursue. She is created to be pursued. If you spurn her, she will leave you. If you wish her to stay with you then you must make room also for her sisters to stay with you – Felicity, Temperance, Charity, and Prudence. Wisdom does not stay in an empty house. Family is everything to her.
“I, Wisdom, dwell in Prudence, and I find knowledge and discretion.” – Proverbs 8:12
Prepare a house for her and she will stay. Allow her to show you how to build a strong foundation, with seven pillars (Proverbs 9:1) and she will fill your house with many treasures, peace and perfect health, and long life (Sirach 1).
“To get Wisdom is better than gold; to get Understanding is to be chosen rather than silver.” – Proverbs 16:16
Wisdom, Dear One, is the key to the Gate of Divine Love and the Pathway of Humility that will lead you home into the arms of all-consuming Eternal Love.
“The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom, and whatever (measure) you get, Get insight.” – Proverbs 4:7
Take it further, gain insight, seek instruction. Do a word study of the word “wisdom” in the Scriptures. Read the verses surrounding it. If you are struggling in an area of your life, ask the Lord for Wisdom and she will come with understanding, instruction and discipline.
“For God loves nothing so much as the man who lives with Wisdom.” – Wisdom of Solomon 7:28.
As the waters of the Red Sea’ was a blessing to the children of Israel, but a curse to Pharoh and his army. So’ are these Biblical truths to me’ Refeshing! My soul longs after the true and living God’ Marantha’ O’ Lord! Even come soon our Lord’ Jesus Christ” amen.
I would gladly accept a boxer puppy, but later on get a pyrenese dog. We are all going to be family. So, it doesn’t matter. Thanks for this opportunity.
